These terms explain the service and website. The license for an app obtained through Apple’s App Store is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless the App Store listing expressly supplies a different agreement. The application provider identified by that agreement grants the app license. These website terms do not replace Apple’s purchase terms or change the rights provided by the app license.

A tool for planning

Coastal 360 Pro brings together tides, weather, radar, wind, surf, and solunar fishing indicators. Observations, predictions, model forecasts, and app-calculated estimates are different types of information. Coverage, update times, and accuracy vary by station and provider.

Coastal 360 Pro is not an official navigation chart, vessel-routing system, emergency service, or a substitute for official marine forecasts and warnings. Do not rely on it as your only source for decisions involving safety. Check official charts, current marine warnings, and local conditions before going out. A blank radar screen, a forecast, or a rating is not an assurance of safe conditions.

Fishing ratings and solunar windows are estimates and do not guarantee fish activity or a catch. You remain responsible for following fishing regulations, boating rules, and other applicable requirements.

Subscriptions

The Coastal 360 Pro monthly subscription is priced at US $8.99 per month in the U.S. App Store. It provides access to the app’s tide, weather, radar, wind, surf, and solunar features, plus supported Apple Watch and widget features. Device compatibility, data coverage, and connectivity affect which features are available.

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple when the app is available. This website does not take subscription payments. The price and currency displayed by Apple at checkout apply; local pricing and taxes may vary. Any trial or introductory offer applies only if it is explicitly shown by Apple before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel renewal before the current period ends. Apple displays the applicable billing and renewal information during purchase. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings.

After cancellation, access normally continues through the paid period, subject to refunds, revocation, or payment issues. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase if access needs to be restored. Apple handles refund requests under its policies and applicable law. Availability and compatibility

Download availability, supported operating systems, and device requirements will be shown in the App Store listing when the app is available. A screenshot on this website does not mean that the app has already been released. Features may look or work differently depending on device, app version, station, and available data.

Fresh forecasts, observations, maps, and updates require a network connection. Cached information may be out of date. Third-party services can be delayed, interrupted, changed, or discontinued. Check timestamps and unavailable-data notices. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the availability of every data type at every location.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use the website and app lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass purchase controls, or misuse access to third-party services. Permissions and restrictions for the Apple-distributed app are set out in its applicable app license.

Coastal 360 Pro content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party data, software, images, and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights and licenses. See data sources and credits. Use of NOAA or other public data does not imply government endorsement. Apple, iPhone, Apple Watch, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Disclaimers and your rights

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided as available without a promise that they will be complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. The app license governs warranties and liability for the Apple-distributed app.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer, refund, privacy, or other rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Changes do not remove rights you have under applicable law or Apple’s purchase terms.
