Help & support

Help with stations, location, forecasts, purchases, and your data.

Contact the Coastal 360 Pro team

Coastal 360 Pro is operated by Caleb McCumber. For app support or privacy questions, email caleb@cctv-studios.com.

Website: www.coastal360pro.com.

When reporting a problem, include your app version, device and operating system, station name, approximate time, and what happened. A screenshot can help. Remove personal details first; never send passwords, payment-card details, or verification codes.

Stations & location

Can I use the app without location access?
Yes. Search for a station and select it manually. To change access later, use your device’s app-permission settings. Precise location is optional; nearby results may be less accurate with approximate access.
Why is a tide reading missing or different?
Some stations provide predictions without observed water levels. Measurements and predictions can differ because of weather and other local effects. Check the station, units, timestamp, and stale-data labels. Coverage and provider outages can affect results.
Does the app work offline?
Saved preferences and some cached information may remain on your device, but fresh forecasts, observations, maps, and updates require a connection. A cached screen is not confirmation of current conditions.

Apple purchases

Coastal 360 Pro is US $8.99 per month in the U.S. App Store, with automatic monthly renewal. The Apple purchase screen shows your applicable price, currency, and any taxes before you confirm. Purchases become available with the App Store release.
